All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
To report an issue, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Description of the issue
We will assess the situation and, if approved, provide a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of delivery or pickup.
Once items are accepted and signed for, they are considered to be in good condition. No claims will be accepted after this point unless reported within the 24-hour window.
Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, if applicable, is provided directly by the manufacturer and does not include transportation or handling costs.
Delivery & Responsibility
Luxani Living is not responsible for:
- Damage occurring after items are picked up or delivered
- Damage to property during delivery
- Delays due to product availability or unforeseen circumstances
Additional delivery or assembly charges may apply.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery at the scheduled time, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or storage.
Missing Items or Hardware
Any missing parts or hardware must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
